Andrew Knight is an experienced local chef who was brought up in Hertfordshire.
His first years in the kitchen were spent training under the guidance of Michel Bourdin, Angela Hartnett and Gordon Ramsay.
He went on to train under Jean Christophe Novelli and Phil Thompson at Auberge du Lac.
From his experience at these top restaurants he has earned a very good reputation, developing his own unique culinary style,
championing seasonal and local ingredients.
